Cropwell Bishop Stilton with White Truffle and White Wine

This sauce was invented for HRH Prince Charles and presented to him on 12th September 2018 in Hexham.

It is rich and decadent and extremely flavoursome, it can be used cold as a dip but is especially good hot poured over a succulent steak.

Serving Suggestions

Years ago a sauce like this was traditionally served with fillet minion but any type of steak would be delicious. It also goes well with Chicken, would make an amazing pasta sauce and a risotto to die for.

Serves 4

A restaurant serving for 4 people as a pour over sauce

A generous serving of 2 or 3 as a pasta sauce
